how to set up multiple tabs in keynote when I have several presentations to prevent I jumping from 1 keynote to others?

To set up tabs for all Apple apps, not just Keynote, go to:

Apple Menu > System Preferences > General; in the Prefer Tabs dropdown menu; select always
