No option to sync library on mac

I subscribe to Apple Music, but since deleting and reinstalling Monterey 12.5 I have no option to sync library and have no music on my mac

iMac (24-inch, M1, 2021, 2 ports)

Sign into your Apple ID. Authorize the computer. See Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music - Apple Support.
