Can you not access your channels via the browser? (Chrome on a PC)
I have appletv+ and subscribe to AMC+ but while available on my Android via the AppleTv+ app, I can't find it anywhere when on my PC and logged in with Chrome

Nope. Apple does not offer access to the Apple TV App channels on the website, because it's strictly for Apple TV+ content, which the channels are not part of.
