I can't receive or send MMS on my iPhone 6s.

I cant recieve or send mms on my iphone 6s and there ismt amy option in the settings to turn it on

If you don't see MMS in settings, that means your line isn't provisioned to use MMS, only way to resolve that is to contact your cellular data provider as MMS is their feature.
