Appplication is asking to administer the computer

Hello all,

My newly installed CAD Application iCADMac 2022 ( by progeSOFT SA) on Monterey OS 15.xx on a Mackbook Pro mid 2015 model is displaying pop up box now & then, asking this: iCADMAC would like to administer your computer. Administration can include modifying passwords, networking and system settings. There is "Allow Or Do not allow". I am clicking on "Do not allow". Why is this application asking this question? Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is a very legitimate application from ProgeSOFT, Italy.

You will have to ask the developer of that app. No one here knows anything about it.

Apple has been increasing security protections for years. Many of the operations that apps used to perform are now privileges and will cause dialogs like that.
