My verification codes stolen for two iclouds

Hope this message finds you well...

I would like to get your support in helping me to receive a report stating that the one who had stolen my verification number and kept connected with his/their iclouds since a while and tracking and took my private information without my knowledge. Where I need it to raise a case to our local police and get my right.
