Call forwarding

Hi when i open call forwarding in setting it automatically gets turn on and there is a number set. Is this a bug or virus?

Call forwarding I’m not able to switch on call forwarding. Once I enter the number where I want to forward my calls, after switching on the button, it automatically gets switched off . i tried to contact my service provider also but they say it’s an ios problem. I’m running on ios 16.3 please help can anyone help ?

Call forwarding is turned on even when i turn it off i have never done call forwarding but when i dail *#21# to check the call forwarding status it shows as in the image, but when i go to settings to turn off, the switch is not showing its showing the loading buffer, and when i dail ##002# to disable, it says erasure succeded but it's only succeded few times to erase, i also dail *#61# and *#62# to disable call forwarding it says disabled but if i check again after some time it shows as in the image, i don't know why it showing like this but i've never done call forwarding personally.

Call Forwarding is a Carrier Specific feature. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you.
