Face ID was disabled.

Got issue with Face ID, after downgrade from iOS 16 beta to iOS 15.6.1. , after restarting the device, it says thereā€™s a problem with the true depth camera, and the Face ID was disabled. First I thought thereā€˜s a problem with the true depth camera, but I never drop the device, always is used with cases. So can someone will help me with that issue please.

iPhone Camera

With iPhone 12 models and later using iOS 15.2 and later, you can go toĀ Settings > General > About to see the parts and service history of your iPhone and you can see if the camera has been replaced.Ā If theĀ repair was done using genuine Apple parts and processes, you will see "Genuine Apple Part" next to Camera.

Parts and service history

With iOS 15.2 and later and iPhone XR, iPhone XS models, and laterā€”including iPhone SE (2nd and 3rd generation)ā€”you can go to Settings > General > About for the parts and service history of your iPhone. You can also find out if the battery has been replaced. If the replacement was done using genuine Apple parts and processes,Ā "Genuine Apple Part" will appear next to Battery.

Do you have a disabled Face ID alert on your device?

All parts a original, the device never got to service to repair for any parts. Itā€™s just happened after the downgrade. I tried with force restart, even already erased everything in it. But no results, still Face ID not working, even thereā€™s no option to reset it and enable again. I think is software issue, I think. So please someone come across with that issue and even fix it, please help. Thanks

Face ID was disabled.
