My iPhone 13 just is so slow and freezes how do I fix it?

A simple restart will solve many unusual issues. Also see:

Note: running out of local storage can sometimes cause the issues that you are describing. You should strive to have about 10% free storage. See this to check:

Note: when you delete photos and videos, they must also be deleted from photo album "Recently Deleted" to actually release the storage. Then restart the phone.
