I reset my Apple Watch series 5 several times now. When I try to pair it says it needs to update, it start to update and then suddenly appears a message for less than a second and can’t update, and then it says unpairing Apple Watch, and start over.
I try reset over and over again. iPhone too. Still not working.
Please help!

Is the watch listed in icloud?,if it is then;
From a web browser,sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID.
Go to Find iPhone.
Click All Devices at the top of the screen.
Click your Apple Watch.
Click Erase [device]. Select Next until the device is erased.
Click Remove from Account.
If it isn't then;
Is the watch listed in icloud?,if it is then;

Go to Find iPhone.
Click All Devices at the top of the screen.
Click your Apple Watch.
Click Erase [device]. Select Next until the device is erased.
Click Remove from Account.

What model of phone is it and what version of ios is it running?
What model of watch is it and what version of WatchOS is it running?.
What troubleshooting steps have you tried?.
What errror messages are you receiving?.
Has this watch ever been paired to another phone?(Very important).

it’s and iPhone 11, iOS 15.6.1.
Watch series 5, watchOS 8.
The only iPhone that has being paired with is mine iPhone 11. Since 2020.
I delete all content and settings form both. Manually. Then I use the hard troubleshooting on the watch reset with the side button and the scroll and the Digital Crown, to reset again.
Because every time I tried to pair (on the iPhone app) it says it needs to upgrade so we can pair. I do so. And everything is running. After a couple minutes and a message appears and I’m unable to read because it’s for less than a second. And then it says the iPhone is activating the watch, then it says unpairing watch.
I already called Apple support and they said they need to see the watch. But I don’t know.
never happened before.
Can’t pair or update Apple Watch.
