i ordered a 63 pounds gift card and when i check to see the order status i saw it was cancelled and i also didnt get my money back and idk what to do cause i reallly need that gift card for my brothers birthday thats in 2 days.

yes i bought it from the apple. When i saw the 1 hour mark passed i went to check the order status and it just said cancelled . I tried contacting apple support and i got nothing . When i looked it up on google it said it takes about 3-5days for a refund to issue and i dont have that time .
Apple gift card order got cancelled when i didnt ask to and also didnt get a refund
