Ice Cream in IPhone 13 Charging Port

My new iPhone 13 fell into ice cream bowl-Don’t know how long it was in bowl bc I had a seizure- I’ve got epilepsy and fall out cold on floor. So I’m not sure time port and speakers were in bowl. Speakers going from loud to quiet. Haven’t charged yet bc don’t know what to do. Battery at 20%. Does anyone know what I should do to get ice cream out of port/what i should do.
