Screen time keeps refreshing

Someone else had the same problem and the response they got was not helpful. When I go to check my screen time, it takes a few seconds to load the data and once I click “see all activity” I see the days screen for a moment before it refreshes and says that as I use my iphone my screen time will be reported. I can’t look at any of the details of my screen time and the issue persists even though I restarted my iphone and cannot find a solution anywhere else.
