How do I eject a USB drive from my Mac Book Pro?

Press the Eject button next to it in the Finder's sidebar, or choose Computer from the Finder's Go menu and eject it from the File menu.

If you are referring to an externally-connected device, then drag-&-drop it's icon to the Trash icon.
