My iCloud Photo Library upload from my Mac is stalledI have more than enough storage space. What do I need to do to get it restarted?

What it Out:

If there are hundreds, or thousands, of photos to transfer, then it will take sometime, indeed. So, wait it out, and it will complete, sure enough.
