2017 MacBook Pro fan started running all the time
Why is my MacBook Pro fan running constantly? I’ve restarted and shut down a couple of times but it won’t turn off

Try running the Apple Diagnostics to see if any hardware issues are detected.
To look for possible software issues run EtreCheck and post the report here using the "Additional Text" icon which looks like a piece of paper.
