how to sort notes folders
Why can I no longer sort Notes folders alphabetically? What to do?

Howdy,
To sort the folders themselves I click-hold and drag a folder to it's new arrangement in the Sidebar.
Does that not work for you? Remember "All iCloud" will always be on top if present, and "Notes" will be second.
To sort the notes themselves within a folder there are several methods.
Notes > Preferences… > Sort notes by:
That sets up the Default sort order.
View > Sort Folder By >
The Folder More button (•••) > Sort Folder By >
If you are still having problems sorting folders, please give us more details.
