I was wondering if anyone could help with how a trade in works? I have just received my new phone but nothing to send my phone back? Am I meant to take it into a store? Or buy something to send it back?

When you purchased your new phone from Apple’s website or the Apple Store app, if you specified that you’re trading in your old phone, you’ll receive a trade-in kit by mail. This can be delivered separately from your new phone and is a small cardboard box which will have a pre-paid shipping label to send the old device back.

Visit https://secure.store.apple.com/shop/order/list and enter your order number. You should get tracking information about where your trade-in kit is.
