Low data mode

Help! About a week ago I started getting the “low data mode” message when trying to update my apps. I followed the instructions & my options are: 5G, standard & low data. We don’t have 5G & standard doesn’t change anything. Is there a magic trick? I now have 30 apps to update. TY

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 15

Have you try to turn Off Low Data Mode?

Thank you! I kept checking cellular but didn’t think about Wi-Fi
