Purchases in the App Store

Good afternoon, I have a question, I think it is quite common. They take money from my bank account for a subscription, but I did not use the application and did not think that I had a trial subscription. I can't withdraw money because I don't have enough money in my account. But soon I will have Apple Music debited, how do I pay for it?

If the invoice is not from Apple,

Was the money deducted by a stranger?

Contact your bank, they can find out who (name, address & account number) has collected the amount from your bank account, and when.

Depending on your bank, they can collect the amount back within 30 days.

Also report to the police.
