Is my imac 27", Mid 2011 unable to get current software updates? I only see updates unavailable

iMac 27″, macOS 10.12

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, click here, and then on the download link for High Sierra. That model isn't capable of Mojave or above, or software which requires it.

Determine which macOS(s) can be Upgraded:

Incompatibility may be the issue here. If so, then that is because your Mac does not have the hardware to go past macOS 10.13 High Sierra.

What is the Model of your Mac? To find out...

  1. Go to: Apple menu
  2. Click: About this Mac
  3. View: Second Line-Down

See if the Model you found is shown here:
