I cant drag n drop contacts from the contacts app to the messages app .I have an iphone se 2020
and its running ios 15.6, i also tried to restarted the iphone several times but it didnt work.
I own an ipad air 3 thats running ipad os 15.6 and it works great!
Any help would be appreciated!!

Please open the contacts app
Open the contact that you want to share
Scroll Down
Tap Share Contact
Choose the mode of sharing.
There are many features in the iPad which is not in an iPhone for example --> Use multitasking on your iPad - Apple Support (IN)
Oever you are free to share your feeback --> Feedback - iPhone - Apple < here.
