“Not eligible for a refund“

ok so I buy a subscription I get charged but do not receive anything I contact the support team on that game they tell me to contact iTunes refund I do that and boom they cancel my refund request so now I have a subscription that’s counting down the days till it expires which doesn’t even work I was charged for no reason and I can’t even rebuy the subscription because I would have to wait till the one that doesn’t work expires so I can rebuy it hoping it doesn’t happen again great! Thanks apple
