Scroll UP or Down one full page

Is there a way to scroll UP or Down exactly one full page with one touch, click, or movement?

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 12.5

I don't know about your copy of Monterey but that setting is in System Preferences > General on mine.

Thanks for the ideas. I should have asked if you can do this while keeping the arrow in the main body of the page. I.e., is there a way to move up a full page w/o clicking in the scroll bar?


Not sure if the arrow keys will work (haven't been able to try on the specific site) but it seems like that method only moves to the next line on some pages such as mail. I'll try it when I can get on the site where I need to try it.
