Caveat: Adding iCloud storage will not increase internal iPhone storage. It will provide a place to offload more data from an iPhone, but an iPhone with 16 GB internal storage (for instance) will require ongoing manual management of storage, even with more iCloud storage available to offload contents. And this is probably an overly-full iPhone 6s too, given it is running iOS 14 when iOS 15.6.1 is current.
