Is it possible to delete all the data in the Apple ID account without deleting the account only all the data as if it was created anew?

You can delete all the data associated with the account by deleting the data from your devices/computers. If you are syncing with iCloud, deleting the data from the devices/computers will delete the data from iCloud.
