I velours an iPhone 8. Apple ID & password is unknown. Can it be unlocked with a new SIM card or new service? How to get complete gmail address to contact the person who locked the phone? Please help where you can. Thank you

Hello ~ No on all counts. Return the iPhone for a refund if possible. We cannot assist and neither will Apple. If the person/s you bought the iPhone from cannot/will not unlock it …you will never be able to use it. Look here…
