Calls chop and drop on iPhone 13

Everybody keeps saying go to noise cancellation!

There isn’t any noise cancellation button in the iPhone 13! Now why are my phone calls choppy and dropping? I’ve done all the troubleshooting! Airplane mode, reset network, don’t block microphone! There’s nothing left but to run over this iPhone!
