My apple tv 4k is blinking white light and doesnt turn on

When i turn my apple tv 4k on. The white light keeps blinking and nothing shows up on tv. I tried different hdmi cable and TV as well but nothing is working

please help

For Apple TV 4K model, you will need the assistance of Apple. Users can’t restore this model themselves externally.
