Removing Apple ID
I bought an iPhone 5s from a person and decided to reset it and the phone asks for an Apple ID. I call the seller and he blocked me everywhere, please remove the Apple ID. THANK YOU!

If you can't reach the previous owner whose ID is on the device and have them go to https://www.icloud.com/find/, erase the device, then remove it from their account, then the device is useless. Apple won't unlock it.
