Using The New iphone 14 Pro Outside Of The U.S.

So I can't use the new iphone 14 pro or 14 pro max in other countries since it has only E-Sim? It's very bad because most countries use physical Sim

Units originally sold in the USA require the eSIM. Other ones have a physical SIM slot.
