Iphone 13 pro can't take photos

I just got a brand new iphone 13 pro with 1TB storage. After transfering everything from my previous iphone (12 64GB) and three days of using it - I suddenly can't take any photos with it. When I go to take a photo the photo doesn't save to camera roll, I can only preview it while I am still in camera and when I open it in camera it's completely unfocused (a total blurr) and has a hdr sign next to it. The icons for favorite, share or delete are not active (blue) but white and I can not click on them. When I exit the camera and enter photos - those blurry photos taken are gone forever. Can someone explain what is happening here cause I'm panicking. Photos of the described situation (it is a screenshot that's why it is in camera roll) attached.
