I have an app that doesn’t show in the update section in the App Store. I’ve deleted the app and restarted my phone. I changed my password on the app and it still won’t let me in even though I can get in on safari no problem

What app? What model phone do you have and what version of iOS are you running?
I have the iPhone 13 pro max running iOS 15.6.1
it is Xpress bill pay
Appears that Xpress has not updated their app for the new iOS update.
Check with the support folks at Xpress since this is not an Apple app.
