Iphone 5S - multiple colored verticle lines in screen. Cant read thru them.
Screen looks intact but has multiple colored verticle lines running across the screen. I cant even read whats suppose to be on the screen.

It appears that the logic board in your iPhone may be failing. Have your iPhone examined at the Apple Store or at an Authorized Service Center for diagnosis and a resolution.
