You can teach the iPhone 14 Pro Mac to recognize your face or an arbitrary numeric code of your choosing. There is no 2FA challenge on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. It either recognizes my face and presents the display, or it pops a numeric pad for me to enter a predefined numeric code.

I'm really not sure what you are asking. Certain features of iCloud require 2FA on the iCloud account.

As Viking OSX stated, there is no requirement to have 2FA for your iPhone itself. I'm not sure if it's even possible.
