screen flicker issue is coming

while watching any video or else working in 3d space flicker issue is coming in screen

  1. Quit the app by going to the menu bar > app name > Quit. Quitting and launching it again may help reset the app and app data, which can resolve issues.
  2. Ensure that app is fully up-to-date by check for updates within the app or the App Store: How to manually update apps on your Apple device - Apple Support You'll want to ensure that the latest update is installed, as updates may contain fixes.
  3. You could try restarting your Mac mini in the menu bar > Apple () > Restart. Restarting can seem like a simple step, but can refresh macOS, which can sometimes help resolve issues.


If this is happening with multiple apps or on multiple screens (like when starting up or shutting down your Mac mini), you may want to ensure that all the connections for your Mac mini are connected properly and not loose. Thanks for replying, SNoorulain, and that additional info, it really helps! You can figure out if unexpected behavior is related to a user file or setting by trying to reproduce the issue from another user account. This process includes creating a new user account, logging in to it, and testing for the issue.
