Do you mean cellular Internet or WiFi from your home Internet provider?
What are the exact symptoms you’re experiencing and what troubleshooting have you done?
Define “too slow”.
What country are you in? Who is your cellular carrier? How strong is your cellular signal? Are you on Edge, 3G, LTE?
Is this more of a problem in one location?

No one can fix the problem with your phone remotely. You will have to take it to an Apple store or other authorized service provider, or perhaps your carrier.
