How to charge for the first time the MacBook Air 2022 M2? I was wondering what the best percentages are to increase battery life for the upcoming years. Can you do anything wrong when charging it for the 1st time?
Should I not let the battery go lower than 20 %? And until what percentage should I load it for the first time 100%? Or what percentage is best, like 85%?
So always should stay between 20% and 85%?

There is absolutely no requirement to try and micromanage the charging process.
As a rule of thumb: if you are near an AC outlet, leave it plugged in. If you need portability, use it on battery power.

That may have been a preferred way of using a notebook computer with older battery technology. With today’s newer lithium based batteries and built-in charge control, it requires very little baby-sitting of the battery.
Thank you. Though from what I understood on the Apple support page is that best way is to use it is mostly on battery power, except in some other cases.
