I purchased 50gb iCloud for backup. How do I add a second iPhone to backup to the iCloud I already purchased?
You can share your iCloud+ space in a Family Sharing group.
In Set up Family Sharing Apple shows you how to create a Family Sharing group, then invite members to your group. When you invite your wife make sure that she accepts the offer to share your iCloud space, otherwise she will continue to use the iCloud space associated with her Apple ID - which will be at least the free 5 GB space.
