Do 2 iphones using the same apple id share a camera roll?

just the title. And also, what would happen if one person decides to delete some pictures they, for example screenshotted? Would the pics go away on the other phone too?

Depends on certain settings.

If iCloud Photos or Photo Stream are turned on, then yes, they share a camera roll and and actions taken on one are automatically synced to the other.

If they are not turned on, then no. They are not shared.

Apple IDs are personal, and should never be shared for any reason. Each person should have their own.
