iOS 16 Battery Life🪫

Hello. Ever since updating to iOS 16. The battery on my phone and other phones of my family members have been much worse.

This is been so bad such that the phone cannot be active while charging. One of us woke to an 18% charge after it has been charging all night (iPhone 12 Pro Max). Another one (iPhone 12 mini) has to be plugged in multiple times a day because it will only get a couple hours of battery. My brand new iPhone 14 Pro has had its battery decrease from 85 to 83 while plugged in and I am using it.

This appears to be a systemic iOS issue. Someone please help.
