iTunes access in the Cloud

I can access my iTunes songs on all my devices except my iPhone 7 and found that the access was denied because my Apple ID on the phone had my old ID password, but when I tried to change it to the new password I am refused because I can't use a password used in the last year. So how do I over come this problem as I don't want to change my passwords again on all my devices?

It seems like you're trying to change your password when what you should probably do is sign out of the account, then sign in with the right credentials. See also Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music - Apple Support.
