You do have an old slow mechanical hard drive. You have sufficient RAM installed. CleanMy Mc is installed. Everyone here would agree that it should be removed. It is unnecessary and can cause problems. Installing a faster external SSD, then installing your OS on it and making it your startup drive will seriously improve performance for you.
