DualShock controller "Add Game" not showing any apps.

I have made a custom profile for one of my games and wish for the controller profile to be activated as I open the game. However, under 'Dualshock 4 Wireless Controller', as I try to add a game, the list is empty and it does not show my apps or games. I have also tried restarting my device and forgetting the controller and reconnecting, both with similar results.

I have called Apple support with no viable solutions. For now, I have to manually change it by going into the settings page. Fairly certain this is a bug of some sort.

Anyone face this issue? Or probably am I doing something wrong on my end?
