Previously downloaded apps

I have previously purchased some Apps in the App Store which I have subsequently deleted for various reasons. these apps are still available in the App Store and can be downloaded without entering my password again this means that other users of my device (including my children) can download those apps again on devices that are using my Apple ID.

Is there a way to change settings so that downloading those apps would require entering the Apple ID password again?

Thanks Raicya.

I turned off installing apps and this removed the App Store however I hope in the future there is an option to prevent previously downloaded apps without a password without removing the App Store as I have to go back weekly and undo that option to update my apps.
