I've found right/left arrow keys navigate timeline one frame by one frame
and shift+arrow key navigate timeline by ten frames.
premiere pro also behaves similarly in default but can change these in preference, like right arrow key's navigating amount can be changed to 120 frames.
Is this possible in Final cut pro?

In theory, it is possible to make it work. I made a small Automator Service that when run makes the FCP playhead advance 12 frames. I even added a keyboard shortcut, so one can actually press it and have the playhead move by that amount (or any other). However, for reasons that I am trying to figure out, it works 100% fine from Automator, but works only occasionally with the shortcut.
If you think it’s worth pursuing this I can try to finesse this and report the final script for you here.
