Hey there, ferozXo4!

Thanks so much for using Apple Support Communities.

We want to help you get Files working as expected on your iPhone. If we're understanding correctly, it sounds like you're not able to see the files stored locally on your iPhone rather than the ones synced in iCloud. We want to have you try something. To start, please open up Files and tap "Browse" on the bottom of the screen. This will return you to the starting page of Files. From there, at the top of the screen you should see "Locations". If the arrow next to Locations is facing to the right, go ahead and tap it so that it's facing downward.

From there, you should see "On My iPhone".

If you don't see it, however, go ahead and tap the three dots icon in the upper, right hand corner of your screen and tap "Edit". Now underneath Locations should be the option to enable or disable the "On My iPhone" section. Go ahead and enable that and you should be all set!

We hope this does the trick for you!

Cheers.
