How long does it take to receive the trade in kit? It wasn't with my order.

Received mine a little less than a week later.

It comes a few days after you've received your new iPhone and you've had sufficient time to set it up and prepare the trade to be sent in.

It was about a week after I got my new phone. But I didn't use it. I took my trade directly to my Apple Store and completed the trade there.
