My Facebook page froze so I deleted the app thinking I would just go to the App Store. When I find the Facebook App, all I see is "open and the share arrow". If I touch on "open" it opens my Facebook page but the app doesn't download so every time I want to access Facebook, I have to go to the app store and touch open. I shut down my phone and that fixes a lot of problems but not this one.

You didn't delete Facebook, just the icon. Swipe all the way to the right to get to the App Library. Find the icon, hold your finger on it, then drag it back to your homescreen.
