Poor iPhone 14 pro battery life

I traded in iPhone 13 Pro Max for an iPhone 14 pro. The battery life on the 13 promax was really nice, the last me a full day maybe a day and a half. I am very disappointed and frustrated in the iPhone 14 Pro battery life. By 5:30 PM, it was already down to 16%. I hope they release the software update specifically for the battery. Or do something about the battery IDK. anyone else having the same issue?
